Zork - another closure alternativeI just enjoyed my first bottle of wine sealed with a Zork and I was so impressed, I'm looking into using this technology for my own wines which I'll bottle towards the end of summer. Racking when the siphon doesn't fitI work with small batches of must and juice so after pressing, I usually end up with a little more juice than what fits in a 3-gallon or 6-gallon carboy.
