Do You Need To Pay Toll/tax For A Lugguage Carrier Over A Private Car While Travelling Into Delhi?I heard only taxi/cab are allowed to keep carrier over their car when moving into delhi from any other city say Jaipur, but for any private owned vehicle you got to pay some tax/toll before entering delhi.
